Kim Ranalla
Kim is the founder of Mayfly Rising LLC and host of the Mayfly Rising Podcast. With over a decade of experience navigating the fishing and outdoor industry, she has developed a clear understanding of the challenges women face—particularly around access, safety, and long-term participation. Her firsthand experience revealed critical gaps that often go unrecognized, both within the industry and within the women’s fishing community itself.
Driven by a problem-solving mindset, Kim created Mayfly Rising to bring awareness to these issues and start more honest, productive conversations. Her work is focused on identifying real challenges and pushing toward meaningful, lasting change for women in fishing.
